Acceptance

Garage Countdown (hereinafter GC website) is the website available through the www.garagecountdown.com domain name. Sorvi Team Oy Ltd, the creator of the GC website, (hereinafter “service provider”) is responsible for the GC service. The GC service includes GC website and a supporting TV show. These terms of use apply to all users of the GC service.

You have to accept these terms when using, in any way, the GC website. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use GC website.

Service provider has a right to make changes or additions to these terms of use without prior notice. However, service provider attempts to notify users when terms of use change.

User’s rights and obligations

Some functionality of the GC website is accessible only by creating a GC account. It’s strictly prohibited to use other user’s GC account without a permission. When creating a GC account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your GC account and therefore GC account’s password has to be kept strictly in secret. You have to inform service provider immediately when you suspect that your password has been revealed. You can only create one GC account.

You can not upload, distribute, send or transmit material to the GC website, that is against the law, against good manners or somehow insulting. You can not use the GC website in a way that it is against the law or against good manners.

Videos on the GC website are viewed using streaming technology. Streaming means a contemporaneous digital transmission of an audiovisual work via the Internet from the GC website to a user's device in such a manner that the data is intended for real-time viewing and not intended to be copied, stored, permanently downloaded, or redistributed by the user. Accessing the videos for any purpose or in any manner other than Streaming is prohibited.

You can not copy, distribute, send or transmit material available on GC website. You are solely responsible for the all material you have sent to the GC website or have produced on the site, whether it is a music video, comment, picture or some other kind of content.

You must have all required rights and permission of the content provided by you to the GC service. You give service provider a right to present, use and distribute without compensation all the content you have sent or produced to the GC website as part of GC service worldwide.

The right you have given to Service provider to use the material you have sent or produced to the GC website ends after a commercially reasonable time after you have removed the content send or produced on the GC website.

User has the rights to the music videos user has sent to the GC service. These rights do not exclude service provider’s right to present, use and distribute music videos without compensation as part of the GC service worldwide, as stated earlier. User is responsible for the compensation to parties, which might have rights or claims concerning the content send or produced by a user to the GC service.

Service provider’s rights and obligations

Service provider owns all the rights of the GC service and its content.

Service provider has a right to end GC service without prior notice. In this case, service provider can remove all the content provided by a user on the GC website.

Service provider has a right to transfer the GC service according to these terms to a third party without a separate announcement.

Information privacy

Content provided for the GC service will be handled according to the laws of Finland. Secret information will be revealed to a third party only when mandated by the laws of Finland.

General

Any dispute that may arise of this Agreement (and can not be solved in mutual negotiation) shall be handled at the District Court of Helsinki, Finland, according to the laws of Finland.
